Items Often Ship Separately - Items are shipped from many warehouses across the country. Please do not be alarmed if your entire order did not arrive in the same shipment. If, however, all products do not arrive within 3 to 5 business days after the initial shipment, please email us.
Where's my order? - If it has been less than 5 business days, do not be alarmed. However, if after 7 business days your order has not arrived, please give us a call or send an email. Please remember UPS, Fedex and USPS do not deliver on weekends and Holidays. If you order on or near a weekend, chances are your order will not ship until the next Monday, unless Monday is a Holiday, and then it will ship on Tuesday. In most cases, when the weather is great and you place your order early in the day and early in the week, your order will arrive within 2 to 3 business days.
Where's my order part 2? Did you receive a confirmation? - Sometimes customers forget to "SUBMIT" their orders. Please check your shopping cart before you call. If you did not receive a confirmation chances are your order did not go through.

For Flint River Ranch Cancellations/Changes: If you have just placed an order and need to cancel or change the order, please immediately email annarogo@msn.com. We do not keep your credit card number on file so please be prepared to place another order on-line once she confirms your request.
