UPS Ground
For most customers we recommend UPS Ground as the preferred shipping option, rather than Priority Mail; here are a couple of reasons why …
UPS Ground transit time is 1-3 business days (unless you live in parts of MT, KS, NE and TX).

For packages over 2 pounds, UPS Ground tends to be less expensive, except when shipping outside the Continental United States.

UPS Ground offers guaranteed day delivery, whereas Priority Mail offers no delivery guarantees.

UPS Ground offers superior package tracking.

If you are thinking about going on a monthly Autoship, you may want to double your order and go on a 60 day Autoship. For most of our customers this will result in a substantial savings on shipping!

If, for any reason, your purchase is not satisfactory, we will gladly replace it or refund your money (excluding delivery charges). Flint River Ranch

FAST SHIPMENTS: 
We endeavor to process and ship all orders within 24 business hours of receipt.

To insure faster delivery, orders are transferred electronically to the FRR distribution center nearest you. Average delivery time after UPS pickup, is 3 to 7 business days.

DELAYED, LOST AND DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: 
If not at home, UPS will try up to three separate attempts to make delivery. In some cases, depending up the delivery area, they may leave your package at the front of your property; otherwise, they will leave a note or mail you a notice of attempted delivery. With no response within 5 days, they will return the package to our warehouse.

Because of weather, holidays, weekends and various other reasons, your package may require extra time for delivery. While UPS is usually very efficient, sometimes packages are incorrectly routed and delayed in shipment.

If you feel a shipment has been delayed or lost and you reach our voice mail at 800.354-6858, please leave your full name, day-time phone number and your FRR order number and request a priority package trace.

If you receive a shipment that is noticeably damaged, refuse the shipment and have it returned to Flint River Ranch for replacement. If the shipment was left at your home while you were out, calls UPS 1-800-742-5877 within 24 hours and advise them that you are refusing the shipment, and they will pick it up. Call or fax Flint River Ranch and we will replace all damaged products and handle the UPS claim.

Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been received by the Shipping Department. FRR Customers assume responsibility for freight costs of undamaged shipments refused and returned by the customers’ actions. Shipments are sent to address on the order form or the current address on our computer files. Customer assumes responsibility to keep shipping address current at the time of each order.

Our Guarantee

If within 30 days of the shipping date of your product, you find that your Flint River Ranch product is not performing to your expectations return the remaining product via prepaid shipping for refund of the original purchase price.
